Students are actively encouraged to be involved in the decision making process at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School Earlwood. Year 6 have the opportunity to facilitate various ministries such as creative arts, gardening and eLearning which provides Year 6 students opportunities to share their knowledge across the school and develop new skills in the younger students.
Children can also be part of the Student Representative Council which assists the principal in making decisions across the school.
Within the classroom, ‘student agency’ enables all students to be active participants in their learning, voicing how they best learn and particular areas of interest.
